Here at S4L Community we treat every person or group member as an individual – working closely with our people navigating them through whatever stage on their health, wellness, and fitness ladder that they may be. We offer professionals support to help people to up-skill their life to be stronger for longer!.
Our ambition is to connect people with the optimal mix of hands-on support from experienced team members and to make every individual training or learning journey an awesome and unique interaction.
JUSTINE MOORE, FOUNDER@S4L, MASTER TRAINER, LECTURER & CARDIAC REHABILITATION SPECIALIST.
Justine has spent more than half her life by using both personal and career experiences to promote equal standards for all. Justine specialises with patients who have suffered a cardiac event, amongst linked co-or multi-morbidities getting people back to their everyday lives through exercise and wellness approaches. Justine has also spent time positively promoting exercise through delivering aerobics classes plus educating the community on healthy living options.
BEN WARDEN, FOUNDER@S4L, MASTER TRAINER, CURRICULUM MANAGER.
Ben has worked in the fitness industry for more than ten years and is a competitive sportsman. Ben displays acute determination to succeed in fitness which led him to find a niche in indoor rowing competing in the British Indoor Rowing Championships. Ben set up the company providing 1:1 and group training sessions across London and Surrey. Ben has also served clients with co-or multi-morbidities supporting them back to a healthy lifestyle.
After completing the L5 Sports massage diploma Ben remains committed to the ever evolving fitness industry and helping as many people as possible to achieve their wellness. fitness, health and vitality goals. Ben specialises in bespoke programme reflecting NICE guidelines, outdoor activities and Sports massage.
TOM PERRIN PERSONAL TRAINER -
Toms journey as a strength and conditioning coach started with a love for alpine skiing. Tom wanted to be in the best physical condition, so he could ski for longer distances and shorten the recovery time needed between runs. After working as a Ski Instructor for two seasons Tom found the level of fitness gained, helped to pass many initial fitness assessments (Tom likes to test himself!) including Surrey Police, Army Officer and Royal Marines Commando.
Tom works with people of all abilities with varying degrees of knowledge and caters for a wide variety of fitness goals such as improving muscular strength and endurance, cardiovascular fitness and body re-composition.
